Yes, absolutely! Although this course is not a pre-marital course, it contains far more topics than your regular pre-marital courses. In fact, this should be the standard course for all individuals seeking marriage. This course goes into depth about communication, personality and gender differences, how to get to know one another and all topics associated after marriage; the ones you need to hear and learn but not regularly taught with other pre-marital courses. The only topics that are not covered in the course are on marriage rulings such as the dowry, the ceremony and other Islamic legislations, which will be covered in the future courses, in shaa Allah.

Undertaking this course with your spouse is part of the journey to a better relationship. However, if you feel that you and your spouse are not ready to share the experience because it might cause further issues to start with, then doing this course solo may be a better option.
